3. How do I check in to the property?
Answer: Most of our properties use keyless entry systems. You will receive detailed check-in instructions, including access codes, 8 hours prior to your arrival.

4. Are pets allowed?

5. What happens if something breaks during my stay?
Answer: If something breaks, please report it immediately by contacting our team. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay, and any repair costs will be billed to the guest.

6. Do I need to clean the property before checking out?
Answer: We ask that guests complete a few simple tasks, such as placing all trash in designated bins and loading the dishwasher. Our professional cleaning team will handle the rest. Specific checkout instructions will be provided prior to departure.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

  • 100% refundable within 24 hours of booking if more than 7 days from the reservation start date.

  • 100% refundable more than 30 days before the reservation start date.

  • 50% refundable within 30 days of the reservation start date.

  • Non-refundable less than 7 days before the reservation.

8. Is the property stocked with toiletries?
Answer: Basic starter sets of toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper, are provided to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

9. How do I know the property is safe?
Answer: Guest safety is a priority. Each property is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and other safety features as required by law. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us for specific details.

10. Can I host events or parties at the property?
Answer: Events and parties are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the property listing. Violation of this rule may result in eviction without a refund and additional charges for damages or extra cleaning.

11. What happens if I leave something behind?
Answer: Contact us as soon as possible if you’ve left something behind. We’ll do our best to locate the item and arrange for its return. Shipping fees may apply.

12. How do I book a stay?
Answer: You can book directly through our website or through any of the platforms we list on, such as Airbnb or Vrbo. For direct bookings, you’ll receive the best rates and personalized service.

13. Are there additional fees besides the rental rate?
Answer: Additional fees may include a cleaning fee, pet fee (if applicable), and local taxes. All charges will be clearly outlined during the booking process.

14. Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
