    • Guest management, including handling reservations and inquiries.

    Owner-provided support:

    Owners must have a local team available for emergencies and cleaning. Additionally, owners are responsible for providing linens and other essentials for guests.

    Overview & Commission:

    The Bronze Tier provides a foundational level of service, offering essential tools and support to help owners manage their properties from a distance. This package ensures that high standards and brand integrity are maintained while providing a straightforward management solution.

    The commission rate for the Bronze Tier is 15%. This fee includes all the services outlined above, providing a reliable and efficient approach to vacation rental management for remote owners.

    The Silver Tier offers a comprehensive and hands-on approach to vacation rental management, building upon the foundational services of the Bronze Tier. It meets the industry standard for excellence and is ideal for owners who want a worry-free experience with additional guest amenities and property care.

    Included Services:

    • All services from the Bronze Tier, including access to the Owners Portal, expert marketing, and guest management.

    • Bi-weekly spot inspections to ensure the property is in top condition.

    • Fitz & Co provides additional guest amenities, including travel-size soaps, bottled water for check-in, and thank you chocolates.

      Owner-provided products:

      Owners are responsible for paper products, coffee, and other guest needs. We simplify this process by allowing owners to ship their products to us, and we take care of stocking the house.

    The Silver Tier provides a comprehensive level of service, ensuring your property is well-maintained and guests receive thoughtful amenities. By including everything in the Bronze Tier plus additional guest-centric features, this package ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for all parties.

    The commission rate for the Silver Tier is 18%. This fee covers all the enhanced services and amenities included in this package, offering a balanced and convenient solution for managing your vacation rental.
